SFMC Pardot + HubSpot Marketing Consultant - Freelance [UK/Euro/East Coast-based - Remote]

The ideal candidate will be based in the UK or Europe or US east coast and possess a strong understanding of marketing automation strategies.

You will create recurring campaigns and automated campaigns, help optimise our clients campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive conversion rates.This is a long term role, but you must have experience in all: SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot. NO AGENCIES. We are seeking to work with ONE single individual expert.

Specific needs:

Build, manage & optimise automations using HubSpot (workflows, sequences) and SFMC/Pardot (Journey Builder, Engagement Studio)

Create segmented lists based on behaviour, demographics, lifecycle stage, and custom properties to support targeted email campaigns and automations

Build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics

Oversee and maintain the HubSpot ⇆ SFMC integration, including field mapping, data sync integrity, and troubleshooting

Maintain data hygiene and property governance through effective field management, accurate data imports/exports, and standardisation protocolsImplement dynamic content across emailsDevelop and maintain lead scoring models in both HubSpot and Pardot
